BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 8, 2010
Present: Mary Smith, Dr. Reed Wouters, Kathy Rains, Gynemia Walker and Alisa Carter.
Jerry Whitson called in to report he would be absent due to being out of town.
The meeting was called to order by Mary Simpson at 5:15 p.m.
Dr. Reed Wouters made the motion to approve the minutes and it was seconded by Kathy Rains. The minutes were approved with all in favor.
The expenditure and budget reports were reviewed. Dr. Reed Wouters made motion to pay the expenditures, seconded by Kathy Rains and the motion carried with all in favor.
Alisa Carter reported further reductions in our Core Public Health State contract. While the impact is hard we are fortunate to be diversified enough at this point and time to balance out. The State fiscal year ends June 30th and 2011 fiscal is not promising.
Gynemia Walker made the motion to approve the contract to have Daniel Jones and Associates provide the two year audit. It was seconded by Kathy Rains and the motion carried with all in favor.
Gynemia made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Kathy Rains. The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
