Health Active Community 5K Trail Run
Saturday, April 24, 2010
Location: Lake Pomme de Terre, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Outlet Park (below the dam).
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Register: Pre-register or register on race day beginning at 7:30 and not later than 9:15 a.m.
T-Shirts: First 125 entrants.
Fees: $15.00 for participants competing for awards and $10.00 for participants not competing for awards.
Course: Running River Trail through forested loop on finely rocked trail.
Timing: Ridge Runner Sports
Stay for post-race refreshments!
